1. Acceptance

By using the visacanadarouge.com website or booking a consultation, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the website.

2. Who we are

Visa Canada Rouge is a Canadian immigration consulting firm based in Montréal. Immigration services are provided by Moadh Rahmaoui, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB), licence number R534941, listed on the public register of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (register.college-ic.ca).

3. General information, not legal advice

The content of this website is provided as general information. It is not legal advice or advice tailored to your situation, and reading it does not create a representation relationship. Immigration laws, programs, timelines and fees change frequently: despite our care, some information may become inaccurate or outdated. Only a consultation can analyze your situation.

4. No guaranteed outcome

Immigration decisions rest solely with the competent authorities, including Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Québec's Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration (MIFI) and the Immigration and Refugee Board. No representative can guarantee the outcome of an application, and Visa Canada Rouge does not do so.

5. Consultations

• Consultations are held online, by appointment.
• The fee, payment terms and cancellation or rescheduling conditions are those shown at the time of booking.
• The information and recommendations given in a consultation are based on the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may change the analysis.
• A consultation alone does not constitute a representation mandate.

6. Representation mandate

If you hire us to prepare or follow a file, the services, professional fees and terms are set out in a written service agreement, in accordance with the requirements of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. That agreement prevails over these terms for the services it covers.

Government fees (processing fees, biometrics, medical exams, language tests, credential assessments, etc.) are separate from our professional fees, are payable to the organizations concerned and are not refundable by Visa Canada Rouge.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and authentic documents.
• Tell us promptly about any change in your situation that could affect your file.
• Meet the deadlines communicated to you.

A misrepresentation or material omission in an immigration application can lead to a refusal and inadmissibility. We cannot submit information we know to be false or misleading.

8. Limits of our services

Regulated immigration consultants cannot represent a client before the Federal Court: that representation is reserved for lawyers. When that route is appropriate, we tell you and refer you.

9. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of the website belong to Visa Canada Rouge or are used with permission. Any reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

10. Third-party services and links

Some website features rely on third-party services, such as the online booking calendar or messaging. Their use is also subject to those third parties' terms, over which we have no control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Visa Canada Rouge is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website's general content, an interruption of the website or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by law, including Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

12. Complaints

If you're dissatisfied with our services, write to us at info@visacanadarouge.com: we'll review your complaint and respond. You can also file a complaint with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, which regulates the profession.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, subject to the rights the law grants to consumers.

15. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in effect is the one published on this page, with its update date.
